Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any fees that relate to Electric City Lacrosse Club teams, clinics, leagues, canceled tournaments/practices, etc. It is your responsibility to verify that the mentioned activities do not conflict with your schedule. Tournaments are subject to change and can be canceled/rescheduled by the tournament's director for reasons that are beyond the club's control. Should a tournament be canceled/rescheduled by the tournament's director, every effort will be made to find a replacement. Practices can be canceled as well due to various reasons and does not constitute a refund, however we will make every effort to make up those practices as well.

The program's budget is based on tournaments, and coaches. Your commitment and placement on a team must be honored as you are impacting teammates if you sign up for tournaments and then don't show up.
